The position will require you to:

1. Coordinate with clients to design, set up and test online registration forms and payment processing using the ePly software.
2. Teach clients how to make use of the collected registration data using ePly’s online reporting.
3. Respond to support calls and emails.
4. Provide general office support including invoicing, processing refunds, conducting internet research and sales and marketing support.

To excel in this position, you need to be prepared to deliver outstanding service by having:

• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to proactively keep a project on track and solve problems as they arise.
• Exceptional computer skills working with multiple software programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce (our CRM software) and our HTML programming software.
• Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You will be working on up to 25 client projects at once and will need to coordinate client support calls, emails and concerns on an on-going basis.
• Understanding and knowledge of the event planning industry is a definite bonus.
