We work with many clients who are not full time professional event planners and often we are asked for help with event planning matters.  Since we aren't event planners, we like to be able to refer them to a professional in their local area with experience in their type of event.


Opportunity to win new clients by offering some free advice
ePly works with many clients who are not professional event planners. Often they are working for an organization and have been asked to plan an event in addition to their regular duties.

As an incentive to go with ePly we often offer some bonus services to our potential clients and one that we like to offer is a free half hour phone consultation with a professional event planner.

The primary focus of these consultations is to provide some general advice and guidance to the people working on these events. We don’t expect anyone to give away the secrets of their trade, but offer up some ideas and make some recommendations.

This consultation is a great opportunity to ask questions and find out if there is potential for the person you are speaking with to hire you in some capacity for their current event or future ones. At the very least you will have the name, phone number and email address of someone you can add to your prospect database.
