Our full service HTML emails allow you to leverage your email list to boost your event's attendance by sending relevant, timely email invites and follow ups to your potential registrants.

Our email partner has long standing whitelist agreements with major ISPs so you can enjoy industry-leading deliverability. A third-party company, Pivotal Veracity, scores the email deliverability rates between 98%-99%.

In addition, you can track the performance of your email blasts with full graphs and reporting that are populated in real time. All reports are downloadable to Excel so you can keep your external lists up to date.

There are two options:

Option #1 – ePly will build, test and deliver your email campaign for you.

1. You provide the content and images.
2. ePly will create the HTML email, set up the campaign and recommend best practices for event promotion.
3. You get up to three opportunities to review the email and suggest changes/additions.
4. You provide the email addresses to send to in a spreadsheet and ePly will load them into the email system.
5. ePly will schedule the email to be delivered at a time you specify.
6. You have access to monitor the number of opens, clicks, bounces, etc.

Option #2 – Build, test and deliver your own campaign using the email software we offer.

1. ePly will set up an account for you under our master account that will allow you to set up, send and monitor your own campaigns.
2. ePly will provide a basic level of support and offer to review your email to ensure it meets recommend best practices for email marketing and event promotion.
