    Thank you for your interest in our free set up offer.

We are so certain that you will love our services and that you will become a repeat customer that we are willing to offer a free set up for qualified first time clients.

What we’re offering you is not a “cookie-cutter” deal.  This is our full-service that includes, professional planning, design, programming, testing and support.

To qualify:

  1. You must be involved with at least two events per year that require registration.
  2. The free set up needs to be used for an event that will receive a minimum of 200 registrations so you can experience the full spectrum of our services.

For this offer, we will set up a form with fields for:

  • First name, last name, title, company, full address, phone number and email address.
  • Special needs - dietary mobility etc.
  • Two levels of early bird pricing.
  • Three registration levels, such as regular, member and student.
  • Up to three other fields to collect details such as will you attend the reception or how did you hear about the event.
  • Credit card processing using ePly’s merchant accounts.
  • Option to pay by cheque.

If your event has requirements other than what is described above we will simply prepare a quote based on your exact requirements and then deduct $500.00 from the total (the value of the form described above).

Please note:

  1. ePly reserves the right to end and/or change this offer at anytime.
  2. Before work begins ePly will prepare a contract that must be signed and returned.
  3. ePly will bill for a minimum of 200 registrations. If you are concerned that your event will not reach this minimum, please discuss this with your sales rep before continuing.
