Free use of ePly's event registration
system for industry

We are willing to let industry groups related to the events
industry use the ePly system to manage registration for their monthly meetings at no cost.
What do you receive?
Full use of ePly's online event registration system. We
will help you get your first form set up and customized and then a
designated person on your end can take over and modify the form for
each event.
We will also take care of the programming to integrate with your
e-commerce merchant account gateway or PayPal account. If your
group doesn't have an e-commerce merchant account we can help you
open one.
Is there a contract?
There is no long term contract, you just need to agree to our
standard terms. If you decide that the system isn't right for your
group, there is no penalty to stop using the system.
How much will it cost?
If you are using your own e-commerce merchant or PayPal account
there is no cost from ePly. You will only need to pay your own
merchant and banking fees.
If you do not have your own e-commerce merchant accounts and need
an alternative, please contact us to discuss.
What's In It For ePly?
We are happy to give back to the industry that we work in, but
also want to gain some exposure in our target market.
All that we ask for in return is:
- To have ePly's logo at the bottom of the registration form.
- To have ePly's logo displayed on your website accompanied
with the text 'Online Event Registration'
and linked directly to www.eply.com
- To be recognized at the event as the online registration
supplier.
