Not sure if you recognize employees who have done an excellent job or not, but I wanted to drop a note to let you know that I have received excellent customer service from your online rep Troy. I’ve been working on setting up a new form for a while, and since I wasn’t provided any instructions from the company, it was definitely a trial and error type of situation. I’ve been using the live chat feature for quite some time, and I usually always get Troy or Eric? But today Troy went above and beyond to help me out. Even though he resolved the issues I had, he looked at the form and pointed out other things (ie, how some of my alignment was off) and volunteered to help me fix all of it. It’s really a great experience w/ Troy since now I learned how some quick fix tips that I can apply to the other forms I need to create in the next week or so.

I came across your site on the recommended list of Corbin Ball, a tech pro in the industry, and after rejecting several sites on his list, was finally rewarded with the awesome that is ePly!
I like that the site is simple to navigate and fairly intuitive to use. My skill is a little more advanced, granted, but I think any half-way computer savvy user can figure it out just as well. The sites are easy to test and changes are easy to make, producing clean professional looking registration sites. But, the part that had my heart skipping for joy was the reporting. Brilliant!
I can’t think of any meeting planner who doesn’t rely heavily on reports and pulling them apart for statistics, logistic planning and administrative functions, such as mail merges. Too often, reporting is such an afterthought for other companies that it’s frustrating. Not so here. I had quick and easy access to the information I needed and creating reports the way I needed them so they were out-of-the-gate ready without heavy manual editing to serve their purpose was a joy.
Customer service was wonderful. Your team was calling to check on me even before I identified any needs! I like that they reviewed my site and made functional enhancements at no extra charge. When I had to call them, I was always met with a prompt reply via phone, email and instant chat. Great stuff!
Best of all, the price per registration was very fair and an easy sell to adding it ad hoc to a tight event budget.

2010 Legacies Now
All in all, I have zero complaints about ePly and only praise. We had so many problems planning this conference that I’ve decided to write myself a manual in case I have the opportunity to organize one again. At the top will be ‘work with ePly!!
