We take the following measures to protect against the loss, misuse and
alteration of data collected by our online forms:
1. Our servers are located in secured commercial server rooms and utilize
firewalls, anti-virus software, back up power supplies, daily backups and 24
hour on site staff to ensure security and reliability.
2. Whenever we collect sensitive information such as credit card numbers we
use SSL encryption (users will see a lock icon in their browser).
3. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.
4. We secure the collected data by using a password available only to our
clients.
Sharing and Usage
Our clients own all collected data from their online forms. The collected data
is only available to ePly employees maintaining the ePly Services system and to
our clients. We never share, sell, or rent the collected data to anyone other
than the clients.
