The functionalities for the system are great and the only one that I would like to see added is having the ability to send out the emails to only certain registrants rather than the whole list.It was the choice of our Association (CPABC) to go with eply.I've had a very positive experience whenever contacting support so I would say keep doing what you're doing!Yes 11/20/2014 1:34:21 PM

The system is very user-friendly, although I find the help section difficult to navigate. Perhaps the help topics could be better organized or the instructions made more clear.The ease of putting together our own forms (we previously used an external contractor, which required a lot of back-and-forth) and the lower cost overall.In the beginning (in 2013) I found the response time to be slow, but my recent experience was the exact opposite. I am new to the web-design process, and as such I enjoy reading about what else ePly can offer other than the basic forms I am creating. We have been a customer for several years and I find the system very easy to use. I am generally recycling old forms (super easy) and I find it simple to make edits, with good online help for basic questions. When I was doing online research for a new online registration service I visited your site, among several others. Within 24 hours I had an email asking if I had questions, and a phone call followed up. ePly made it clear that they wanted our business, and I was impressed.When I need support I get it. Your support team is superlative! Fast, friendly and good teachers.YesPlease don not change your basic business model, it works. I feel valued as a customer, an increasingly rare experience. The only change I would make is that I'd like to be able to set registration to open at a particular time in advance, rather than have to open it myself at the time I'd like it to start.The school was already using ePly when I came here.Your support staff is the absolute best! I can't think of anything at the moment. I have noticed changes to the system since we started using it which are always helpful. If I think of anything, I will let the Support staff know!It was the best by far of all the online registration sites I checked. The testimonials were impressive and the price was excellent.The support is always something you worry about, especially when venturing into new territory. I have contact ePly Support many times and each time they have been exceptional. I can't say I know of any other company with service that is not only fast, but pleasant, professional, and very helpful in my learning process. So far everything is working very wellWe heard about it through another Association and realized it would be more convenient for ourselves and our registrants to do it all online. The ability to pick 1st and 2nd choices and all the other questions we normally ask on our paper based registration forms was perfect!They were very helpful. I felt I was fairly computer savy but found I was not getting how to set up our registration and I called a lot for help and received polite and responsive instructions to help me set up our registration. They were extremely helpful.YesI am sure I am not using the site to its full potential ie: getting reports, but we know from feedback from members that it is very convenient and I believe we have more people registered at this time of year than any other registration period in the past. 1/14/2013 8:28:42 PM
The system works well for me. We've been using your services for about three years and find it easy to update and create new sites.When I was browsing and looking for a new online registration service, ePly contacted me directly by email and, I think, by phone to ask if I had questions. I was impressed by this level of service. No other site I looked at was as attentive. From the beginning you made me feel like a valued customer.Your support staff is the best. Whether it's a question about how to fix a minor problem or asking for development of a complex site your people are always prompt, well informed, good teachers and thoroughly professional. For the most part, the system is fairly easy to navigate, but I do find some of the components hard to understand, i.e., variables. But I always contact support, and they are more than happy to accommodate my needs.Researched a few companies. Eply seemed like a good, comparable choice. Very happy now that I did in fact choose eply.Staff are always helpful. I seem to always get Eric, and he has been great every time.YesI use eply for annual conference registrations. Since we started using online registrations, our registration numbers have increased substantially, and many participants have commented how they like the online registration.
