Free Use of ePly’s Registration System For Event Industry Groups
If you are a part of an event industry group such as MPI or ISES, we will allow you to use the ePly system for free to help you put on your chapter events.
What do you get?
We will give you full use of all the features in the registration system for your chapter events including unlimited users, training and support. We will help you get your first form set up and customized and then a designated person on your end can take over and modify the form for each event.
We will also take care of the programming to integrate with your e-commerce merchant account for credit card processing.
Are there any costs?
For groups that qualify, there is no cost from ePly. You will just need to pay the costs related to credit card processing and these will vary depending on the provider of your merchant accounts. If you don’t have your own merchant accounts now or are looking for an alternative, we can help you get set up with new merchant accounts.
Is there a contract?
There is no long term contract, you just need to agree to our standard terms of service. If you decide that the system isn’t right for your group, there is no penalty to stop using the system.
What’s In It For ePly?
We want to help the industry that we work in and get some exposure in our market.
All that we ask for in return is:
- To have ePly’s logo at the bottom of the registration form.
- Some recognition on your chapter’s website for sponsoring the event registration.
- To be recognized at the event as the online registration supplier.
