If a registrant is unable to attend the 2016 CRC event on April 13, 2016 for any reason and notifies the organizers by March 18th, they may substitute someone else from the same institute/organization. To qualify, they are required to provide notification to the Conference Manager by phone or email by March 18, 2016.
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

- Registrations cancelled by the early registration deadline of March 18, 2016 will be refunded $325.00 of the registration fees (a $50.00 administration fee applies to all conference registration cancellations).
- Registrations cancelled after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
- If due to unforeseen events the conference itself requires cancellation by the event organizer, the $50 administration fee will still apply and the full fee excluding this administration fee will be returned.
- Cancellations will not be processed on-site.
