Cancellation and Refund Policy
Organizers of this conference incur significant non-refundable expenses prior to the event. Should you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing to email@example.com before June 2, 2017. Your registration fee, less a $50 handling charge, will be refunded. After June 2, 2017, no refunds will be granted. Replacements will be allowed before June 2, 2017.
