The intent of this online form is to collect the information of
professional event planners so ePly can have a list of contacts in
different regions and with different specialities to refer
interested parties to.
Completing this form does not guarantee any referrals from ePly and
does not imply any business arrangement, endorsement of services or
other relationship beyond passing contact information on to
interested parties when ePly feels it is appropriate. When a
referral is made and the event planner is hired, ePly expects to be
contacted to quote on providing service for the event if online
registration services are needed.
Any information you provide to ePly will not be used, sold or
distributed in any way other than to give to an interested party as
part of a referral. Whenever possible, ePly will also let you know
when a referral has been made.
By submitting this form, you agree to accept email from ePly
containing updates about our services and information related to
online event registration and event planning that we feel may help
you and/or your clients. If you prefer not to receive this
information you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe using the
link at the bottom of each email.
ePly may change the terms and benefits of this arrangement from time
to time as our business changes and as benefits are added and/or
removed.
