Cancellations and Refunds Policy
If you must change plans after registering, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at any time prior to the conference; please notify the BCNA if you do this. To receive a refund, less a $75 CDN processing fee, you must notify the BCNA in writing by Monday September 26th 2016. Refunds cannot be granted on cancellations received—by any means, electronic or otherwise—after 5 p.m. on Monday September 26th 2016.

Consider sponsoring a student or new grad. Recognition is recorded in the conference program. Lunches are $30 each or $50 for both Friday & Saturday, student registration is $99. Please select the number of lunches and/or registrations you would like to sponsor.
When registering for our educational events you will be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details required to process your transaction and ensure correct information for confirmation of attendance.
We may use the information we collected for our educational events to personalize your experience (e.g., create attendance lists), quickly process any transaction (s), and to update you with periodic email regarding educational events and the services related to such events.
