You can use this sign-up to register yourself as an attendee. An attendee is a person who attends all or part of the AGM, for example the main stage presentation lectures / breakouts or just the Monday evening Reception. Please purchase only one ticket per attendee. Note that all automatically generated correspondence will be sent to the registrant’s email address. There are 5 classes of tickets:
Event Registration June 4-6, 2017: This means that you are buying 1 ticket that grants access to all events.
Day Registration June 5, 2017: This means that you are buying 1 ticket that grants access to all Monday events.
Day Registration June 6, 2017: This means that you are buying 1 ticket that grants access to all Tuesday events.
Guest Fee: Spouse or Partner of a Delegate – can attend meals, coffee breaks, and Monday night reception – no sessions
Sponsor Reps: those attending the Reception on Monday, and/or who may be booth reps who attend the booths during the EXPO on Tuesday and partake of the break services & CIU Hosted EXPO Luncheon – sessions not included.
Towards the end of the registration process you will choose whether to pay by credit card, or to pay by sending a cheque to the CIU. If you elect to pay by cheque please direct it, as well as a copy of the PDF registration form that will be emailed to you, to:

All Fees are quoted in Canadian Funds / US Cheques accepted at par.
If you would prefer to pay by other means, e.g. electronic fund transfer, you can register using this form but at the end choose the ‘pay by cheque’ option. This will finalize the registration process and alert the administrator that you will be paying by some method other than credit card. When you have completed the registration you will receive an abridged email confirming the registration, as well as logon information to make changes.
EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION FEES are in effect for registrations received by May 8, 2017 ~ No refunds for cancellations received after May 8 ~ Substitutions welcome! LATE REGISTRATION FEES apply to all registrations received after May 8.
BOOK Your Ottawa Marriott Hotel located at 100 Kent Street, Ottawa for the CIU AGM June 4, 5 and 6, 2017– Subject to availability, these special rates may apply to pre and post conference stays. Be sure to reserve early.
Don’t forget to book hotel accommodation by no later than May 8, 2017 5:00pm.

As a participant or registrant at CIU’s Annual General Meeting, or at any other CIU conference, seminar or special event, please be aware of CIU’s policies regarding publishing of registration/contact lists, photographs and/or videos taken during sessions or events. It is assumed that by your participation in our events and related activities, you consent to your name, photograph and/or video recordings of yourself being used in promotional literature, web postings, OTR featured articles and other materials, including, but not limited to those materials relating to the CIU. CIU web postings are in the galleries located at www.ciu.ca and may also be used in slideshows at, or during, conference events (without payment or other consideration).
Registration, attendance, or participation in CIU’s AGM conference, meetings or events throughout the year, constitutes an understanding by our participants, that CIU, with discretion, may use and distribute (both now, and in the future) participants’ images and/or voice in photographs, recordings, electronic reproductions and audio tapes of such events and activities.
