Cancellations and Refunds Policy
If you must change plans after registering, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at any time prior to the conference; please notify the BCNA if you do this. To receive a refund, less a $55 CDN processing fee, you must notify the BCNA in writing by Monday September 28th 2015. Refunds cannot be granted on cancellations received—by any means, electronic or otherwise—after 5 p.m. on Monday September 28th 2015.
