Table and chairs are provided and if you need access to electrical we will try and put you near an outlet. The hotel personnel are also very good about helping us run electrical to the tables if needed.
These times are subject to change but as of now I show the following vendor breaks.
Thursday 2:50-3:10
Friday 3:50-4:10
Saturday 4:50-5:10
Vendors can start setting up their booths on Thursday at 10:00 am. The vendors will have their area cleaned up and be done by 1:00 pm on Sunday
Meals are not included however there is an option to choose and pay for any meals that you would like on the registration page, or you can pay for them at the event.
