Substitutions will be accepted at no charge until Wednesday November 25, 2015 and should be submitted in writing to [email protected].All requests for refunds for cancellation must be submitted to CanWEA in writing by email to [email protected]. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations received after Wednesday November 18th, 2015.
