Cancellations and Refunds Policy


Cancellations submitted must be in writing by fax or email. A refund will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation notice is received by ATC-SEI on or before September 28, 2012. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the three-week deadline of September 28, 2012. Send cancellation to [email protected] or fax to 650-593-2320.  Speakers are required to register by August 1, 2012, and are not eligible for a refund.
