Who Qualifies?

Organizations and individuals willing to
promote ePly’s online registration software in a professional manner to their clients and
contacts.  Promotion may be done online with a website or blog,
by email, or by directly speaking with your clients and contacts. 
Most affiliates are working in a business related to the event
planning industry.

How Much Do I Get Paid?

ePly pays Affiliates $250.00 for each new
paying client.  See the
Affiliate Terms for
complete details.  If it’s not appropriate for you
to accept a commission for your referral, at your
request, ePly will credit the client you refer with
$250.00 worth of services from ePly.  Passing this
credit on to the person you are referring may be
additional incentive for this user to do business with
you.

How Do My Leads Get Tracked?

How Do I Sign Up?

To get started, simply complete the online form and
we will contact you within one business day.

There is a manual and an automatic way we track leads.

Manual

If you are in direct contact with a lead, you can use the
submit-a-lead form or
contact ePly directly to record that you have made a referral. 
We will note this in our CRM system so you will get credit if the
person becomes a client.

Automatic

Once you become an affiliate, we will provide you with a tracking
URL to add to any of the links pointing towards ePly from your
website, blog, email campaigns, etc.  When the tracking URL is
clicked, it generates a cookie that is saved on the lead’s computer. 
Once that lead takes an action on our website (downloads The Event
Planners’ Guide, requests a quote, opens an account etc.) the
details from the cookie are recorded in our CRM system.  The
cookie lasts for six months or until it’s manually cleared.

In addition to these two methods, all of ePly’s staff are trained to
ask all leads about how they found out about ePly and ensure the
source is recorded.  ePly’s staff will in no way in compete
with your commission.
