We used ePly for our 50th Anniversary Homecoming registration. The customer service has been extraordinary. We could not be happier. Our registrants have been pleased with the efficiency of the registration system. We would definitely recommend ePly and plan to use them again!

I wanted to drop a note to let you know that I’ve received excellent customer service from Troy. While using the live chat feature and today, Troy went above and beyond to help me out. Even though he resolved the issues I had, he looked at the form and pointed out other things (ie, how some of my alignment was off) and volunteered to help me fix all of it.

I rec’d a voice mail from Terry this morning regarding an error we made on one of our eblasts. We had a link to an old registration form. Terry noticed the mistake, found the correct form in my events & changed the link to connect to the correct form. Wow! That is so awesome. ePly has made planning and implementing our events much easier, and this is really going above and beyond our expectations with your customer service.

ePly was responsive and helpful, but not pushy. The scope of services was wide-ranging enough that we were able to find a package that was appropriate for our small size and single-event program. Other services were just annoying – nonstop marketing phone calls and emails dropped them to the bottom of our list.
