The Wait for Waitlists is Over!

Waitlists for registration options is finally here! The waitlist feature works when limits are assigned to registration options on your form. Once a limit is reached, a waitlist option will automatically show on the form if you have enabled it for the field. If space becomes available because an existing registration was changed or deleted or because more space was added, the system will automatically assign the spot to someone on the waitlist or send an email to alert them that a spot is available.

You can set Waitlist preferences in Form Setup > Advanced Options.

Please ensure that you are comfortable with using Limits prior to using the Waitlist feature.

What’s Next?

Our developers will be advancing the check-in feature to allow secondary check-in. A great example of this is session check-in which allows event organizers to check-in registrants into sessions after they have checked into the event. This will screen people who have registered for a session to be allowed entry or to keep track of who attended the session.
